You may request deletion of your health data at any time through your account settings.

Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by navigating to Account → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your daily logs, check-ins, measurements, progress photos, meal plans, messages, and other data. Deletion is irreversible.

Data Retention: After account deletion, data is purged from our active systems immediately. Residual data in automated backups may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent removal.
